1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within Kenya. Deliveries outside Nairobi may require additional time and may incur extra delivery fees based on the destination.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Nairobi Deliveries: 1–2 business days

  • Other Regions: 2–5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Nairobi Deliveries: KES 300

  • Other Regions: Delivery fees vary based on your location — the exact fee is displayed at checkout.

  • Free Delivery: Orders above KES 20,000 qualify for free delivery within Kenya.


4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is received.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details and expected delivery timeline.


6. Delays

In the event of unavoidable delays (such as adverse weather, security concerns, or logistical disruptions), we will promptly notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
